The recently refurbished flat comprises of 3 large bedrooms with an open plan kitchen/living room on the top floor. We have a large roof terrace which we make great use of in the summer for bbq’s and drinks.

The flat is equipped with super fast broadband, 42inch TV, white goods, washing/tumble dryer and bike storage.

You’ll be sharing with 2 male friends who met via SpareRoom 2 year ago. We’re both 31 and are looking for a new housemate to replace our friend who’s moving in with his girlfriend. We’re easy going, sociable guys who love playing sport (tennis, golf, padel, football, running / cycling) and going out for a beer at the weekend.

One works as a consultant and the other is a lawyer.

7 minute walk to Balham tube.

All bills including sky, bt sport, broadband, water, gas, electric, tv licence and council tax are included.
