I’m moving home for a couple of months to save some money and my flatmate is also moving out at the same time, so I’m looking for 2 people to replace us from Jan-Feb.
The flats about a 15 minute walk from Balham station (13 if you’re quick) and in a lovely location opposite tooting common. There’s a shared garden with the neighbours above, although they rarely use it. The larger bedrooms pretty big and has a large desk in it, so perfect for WFH. The other bedroom is also fairly roomy and has a desk.
You’d be living with a 24 year old young professional (Angus). He’s from Melbourne but has been living in London for about a year. Great housemate, tidy, very sociable and loves a good debrief after work🍷
One room (bigger one) is available from January 1st and the other is available from January 5th :)
