Balham January sub-let

Hi all, I will be moving out of my room in Balham and I am looking for somone to sublet my room from anytime now / early Jan until 3 February, with the option to potentially extend until 20 February.

The room does not have any of my belongings in it now, but comes with the chest of drawers, clothes rail, duvet and pillows and mirror (as I have left these at the flat). I have added photos of the room both furnished and empty below :)

Rent is £900 a month (not including bills). Location is amazing - on a quiet road but a 10 min walk from Balham tube station (Northern Line) and the high street full of cafes, supermarkets and independent shops!

You would be sharing with 3 others - 2 boys and one girl all in their mid 20’s, who would be happy to hold viewings / have a call before you move in☺️☺️

The flat has a large open kitchen, bright living room space and a bathroom with shower / bath. The bathroom would be shared with two others. There is also a small garden, although given the time of year, I’m not sure how much this would be used!
