The first one is a double room situated on the ground floor of the property and it is available from 1st of January 2025 - 1100 per calendar month.

The second one is a master room situated on the first floor of the property. Available from 1st of February 2025 - 1175 per calendar month.

The rooms come fully furnished with TV, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, office desk with chair etc.
Have big double glazing windows with beautiful natural light, provided by curtains.

The House is spread across 2 floors with a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms.

It provides in total 2 modern style kitchens at the ground floor, so sufficient appliances for storage and cooking (5 fridges and 2 washing machines). People never have to wait for cooking or doing the laundry!

Also, a seating area for dining and a cosy extension built lounge area, both with large TV, with double patio doors that access a very pleasant garden with BBQ facilities, a nice sitting area where one can enjoy a nice summer afternoon or evening with some friends.
