What we are looking

We would like people who are friendly, social, good with communicating, and easy to get along with.
We are really keen to have a housemate(s) who is proactive in keeping the flat a tidy and clean environment to enjoy for all.
Ideally looking for people who have experience in a flat share and understands the dynamics of shared living space and appreciates the house to be a relaxed and safe environment.
No smokers or pets.

About the flat:

Situated off of Bedford Hill in Balham SW12, approx 10 min walk to the tube and national rail.
This is a double bedroom which comes with a bed in situ and built in wardrobes. The room gets tonnes of natural light throughout the year.
There is a large living room at the front of the property with two leather sofas, a coffee table and two large bookcases with plenty of room for you to fill. We love to use this room for chilled nights in and enjoy a good series or movie.
We have a large kitchen which doubles as a dining room. There is plenty of cupboard space. It has a large counter top for those who love to cook like us. It’s a really homely space.
Our garden is an absolute sun trap. It’s a great place to relax and read a book in the sun, bbqs or chill with a coffee!
There is 1 bathroom which has a stand-in bath shower.
Parking is available on a shared driveway.
