Short-Term Room with large ensuite in Friendly Balham House – Feb 2nd–Feb 25th (£1000, All Bills Included)

I’m heading abroad for just over 3 weeks and looking to short-term let my furnished ensuite room while I’m away. If you’re after a temporary place with your own private bathroom, this could be perfect for you!

The house:
• Location: Just a 6-minute walk to Balham station (Northern line), with excellent transport links.
• Amenities: A modern open-plan kitchen/living area, a pool table, and a garden—perfect for relaxing or hanging out.
• Neighborhood: Surrounded by great shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants.

You’ll be living with:
• Charlie (27): Works in A&E, laid-back, and always has fascinating stories from work.
• Will (26): A chartered surveyor who’s into football and the gym.
• George (26): That’s me! A civil servant who loves a pub quiz and a good laugh.

(We’re also in the process of filling another room, so there’ll be a fourth housemate soon!)

We’re an easygoing bunch who’d love to meet you, so feel free to arrange a viewing and come say hi. We’d be happy to show you around and introduce you to the house and flatmates.
