I am looking to rent out my one bed, ground floor flat on a short term basis.

Just 5-7 minutes walk from Balham station and high street, there is an array of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs at your fingertips. Closest supermarket is a large Sainsbury's (3-5 minute walk), while ALDI is a few doors down, Waitrose a little further, with M&S Foods and largish Tesco towards Clapham South. There is also a smaller Tesco and Lidl if you go south towards Tooting. Basically, your grocery needs will be met.

The flat is also only a few minutes from the top of Tooting Bec Common which provides an oasis of calm and relaxation. Great for runs or walks, with a cafe in the middle with a bacon sarnie I 100% recommend.

Tucked away from the noise of the high street, the small block of 9 flats comes with large communal gardens and added privacy/security with a corridor separating the stairwell from the front door of the flat.

All modern furnishings, including wine fridge, small dishwasher, separate grill and oven, as well as plenty of kitchen cupboard space. Storage includes two bedside tables and one of two full sized wardrobes, bathroom drawers and cabinet, plus large cupboard in the hallway for shoes.

It would be perfect for an individual or couple who's looking to move to the area (or London in general) and needs somewhere to stay before settling.

Minimum stay is one week, maximum is one month (although can be flexible by a week or two if absolutely necessary). Bills included in the price (gas/electrics/wifi/water). I can also arrange a weekly/fortnightly cleaner for additional fee if preferred.
