Great location within a 10 minute walk from Balham tube (northern line) and train station. A short 5 minute train journey will take you to Clapham junction. Only a few minutes walk to Tooting Common.

Bills will roughly be around £80 per month. Move in date will be early February.

Double bedroom which comes with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is plenty of storage throughout the house with shelves and bookcases which can be used. In the kitchen there will be 1.5 cupboards allocated to you with multiple other communal cupboards. You will share one fridge freezer with one other housemate. Kitchen appliances, crockery etc is communal unless you have your own you wish to use instead.

About us:
Sarah (26) - Originally from Scotland and moved here a year ago. I work in finance in central London 4 days a week. I enjoy concerts, travelling, pub trips, skiing and running.

James (26) - Originally from Reading and has been in London for a few years now. Works in engineering and is in the office 5 days a week. Enjoys cycling, running, pub trips, photography and travelling.

Isaac (28) - Originally from Norwich and has been in London for a few years now. Enjoys running, concerts, pub trips and travelling. Works in TV production in the office 4 days a week.

We are looking for another female housemate to keep the balance who will be clean and tidy as well as respectful of the other people living in the house. We are a friendly house and enjoy the occasional pub trip together. We also enjoy doing things separately and enjoy our own space.
