Double room (ensuite) in Balham house

I am looking for someone to take over my ensuite room for the next 2 months (available from 9th/10th February until 31st March [end of tenancy agreement]), as I am moving out of London.

You will be living with three people (a 27-year-old male, a 26-year-old female, and a 25-year-old female) who each work from home roughly 2 days per week (Film Production, Insurance, and Journalism). They are very good housemates; I have lived with them on multiple occasions since meeting at university.

The room is a double, with a large window providing plenty of natural light at the top of the house. It comes with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, and a desk. The room also has a large wardrobe, offering good space for clothes, storage, etc. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with a combination of items provided by the landlord and the other tenants and me. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The house also includes a washing machine/tumble dryer.

The house is in a very quiet area, on a road just off Balham High Street, about a stone's throw away from both Tooting Common and Clapham Common. The area has everything on your doorstep, with supermarkets, cafes, and pubs all within a 10-minute walk from the house. There are multiple bus stops nearby; Balham Station is only a 10-minute walk, and it’s similarly a quick walk to get to Clapham South Station (15 mins). It’s a 20-minute walk to Clapham Junction station, although it’s also easy to get to by bus.
