🏡About the Flat
The flat is spot on between balham station and clapham south station. It usually takes 8-10min walking to both stations. Balham also offers fantastic cafes, bars, shops, and all the local amenities you could need including gyms and a reformer pilates studio.
🏡 Current Flatmates
You'll be sharing with three lovely girls: two physiotherapists and a nurse, all active, fun, and easygoing. I've lived here for the past year and wouldn't have moved if it wasn't for my new job in North London.

🛏 The Room
The room comes furnished with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe (including an old chest of drawers inside for extra storage but landlady is happy for that to be thrown out if not needed) and a freestanding chest of drawers. There’s also a KALLAX unit that’s currently mine but could stay – I’m happy to sell it to you or potentially ask the landlady to add it to the room’s inventory.

The girls are looking for someone who will match the energy of the house! Everyone here enjoys an active lifestyle with hobbies like running and gyming. While we’re friendly and social, we also value having our own space and would like to keep parties outside the house. Cleanliness is very important, so they’re hoping to find someone who’s proactive about helping with cleaning and keeping the space tidy.

💡 Practical Bits
Rent is £936 and Bills are not included. We use Splitwise to keep things fair. The person replacing me will need to take over the water bill, which comes to £67.43 per month which helps to break even with everyone.
