Large Double Room 2 Month Sublet

Hey everyone! Going travelling for two months and am looking to sublet my room from FEB 19th through April 19th.

Our third flatmate is looking to move out during April so there is potential to move into the smaller and cheaper room from this time as an option.

The flat: The flat: It's a 3 bed flat on Balham Highstreet! On the high street there's a big Sainsbury's and Aldi, a gym, and lots of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. It has a kitchen, a separate large living room, one shared bathroom and shower, as well as a terrace(which is great for the summer!).

The room: The room available for sublet is the biggest in the flat. It is £1038.00/ month, spacious, and comes furnished. I will clear out wardrobe space.

We would prefer someone who does not work from home every day as one tenant already does and is on calls all day long.

About us: Zoë (the person subletting room) I moved to Balham just over a year ago from Surrey. I am a contract negotiator and work from home most days on back to back calls.

Louise has lived in London for 10 years, but has been in Balham for three years now! She works as a research scientist at KCL.

Shannon has lived in the flat for over a year. She works as a preschool teacher in Balham. And splits her time between the flat and her boyfriend’s in Fulham.

We are all into travelling, gigs and festivals, rubbish reality TV, and going out around London with friends. We are looking for a flatmate that is social, friendly, and wants to chill together in the evenings watching TV and may be up for going for a few drinks at the weekends!
