Double Room in stunning Balham Townhouse

I’m renting out a double room with an ensuite in a lovely Balham townhouse which has recently been renovated!

There are 5 rooms and 2 spare so there’s plenty of space! (I share one with my boyfriend, Claudia has another and we are renting out a third room).

We are all in our thirties, I work in Consulting, Claudia in Science and Tom works in Sales. We are easy going and it’s very much a homely vibe. I’m into fitness / wellness and anything creative!

The room is furnished with 2 double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, overhead storage, bedside cabinets and an ottoman double bed.

The house itself is 7 mins from Balham tube / train station and is literally down the road from the Common. It’s a gorgeous Victorian town house with a big south facing garden.

Bills are £145 a month. The room will be available from 21 Feb however if you needed to move sooner you could stay in one of the other rooms until then. Please let me know if you are interested and tell me about yourself :)
