My flatmate has moved out & I'm looking for someone to take over her room for a max. 6 months period.
Looking for a friendly, easy going and tidy flatmate. I’m super considerate of your own space but also down if you wanted to hang out (do enjoy brunch or hanging at home watching some tv!)

The flat is lovely and bright, with a big shared living room, small kitchen & bathroom and a massive garden
The room itself is a cosy double and comes with a bed/mattress, wardrobe, and cabinet.

The flat is super close to Balham High Street with the tube and train only a 10min walk away, loads of shops (a big Sainsburys, big Waitrose & a small Aldi, Boots) and some lovely pubs and restaurants too! There is also a farmer market every Saturday just 10mins from the flat. Clapham South & Streatham are just a short walk away!

Bills are included. Rent, internet, council tax, water, gas & electricity are covered.
