Double room in social femalepreferred house share

Hey everyone!

We're looking for a social (female) house mate to join our three bed house share in Balham as sadly our third flatmate is leaving.

The flat: It's a characterful 3 bed flat on Balham main Highstreet, a very short walk from station! On the high street there's a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, a gym, and lots of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. The flat has a big kitchen, a separate large living room, one shared bathroom and shower, as well as a private terrace (which is great for the summer!).

The room: The room is available early to mid June… start date can be reviewed. It is the smallest room in the flat but still really great size. The room is unfurnished however the current tenant is willing to sell all items for a really reasonable price.

About us: We met three years ago and have become great friends!

Zoë moved to Balham three years ago from Surrey. She is a contract negotiator and works from home most days.

Louise has lived in London for 10 years, but has been in Balham for four years now! She works as a clinical trial management working in the office all week.

We are into travelling, gigs and festivals, rubbish reality TV, and going out around London with friends. Most often our week nights consist of eating together and maybe crafting. We are looking for a flatmate that is social, friendly, and wants to chill together in the evenings watching TV and may be up for going for a few drinks at the weekends!
