Stunning double bedroom with own bathroom available in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Balham.

Bedroom includes floor to ceiling windows, brand new ottoman storage bed and mattress, and side tables. There is a desk for working from home.

Apartment comes with living area, kitchen, balcony and communal garden. The apartment is in very good decorative order (and is mostly white) so I am looking for a flatmate that is clean, tidy and will look after it like their own. No smoking.

Location is great. Walking distance (c.5 mins to Balham, Tooting Bec and 12 mins to Wandsworth Common). Co op, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Lidl are all within walking distance and the area has some great wine bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Little House Balham (Soho House) is also within walking distance. There are also some fantastic places for yoga and reformer / mat pilates within walking distance.

A bit about me: I am a self employed professional that loves pilates, art, writing, reading, gym, skiing and travel. I also love trying new experiences in and around London.
