Double room - 5 minutes from Balham Station

Hi, I'm Alex and I'm looking for a flatmate to take the double room in my new flat, just 5 minutes from the center of Balham and just round the corner from the Common.

The room is furnished. It has a built-in wardrobe with lots of storage. Happy to discuss what other furniture you might want. There's plenty of room for a desk if you need to work from home.

The rest of the flat has a good sized kitchen and shared living space including a balcony.

A bit more about me, I work for a consultancy in tech. I normally work from home four days a week and sometimes need to travel for work. In my spare time I enjoying cooking, watching sport, trips to the pub or relax nights in watching TV.

I lived in a few long term flat shares before gettingmmy own place so I get how it works and making sure people have their own space. I'm quite relaxed and would be keen to live someone I can socialise with.
