You will be sharing the flat with Gemma, a friendly laid back lawyer who often works late or stays with her partner, so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself.

The flat is in a great location with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. Across the road from a big Sainsbury’s and Aldi, 30 second walk to Balham tube and overground.

The lease will end in August, with ability to extend further. Move in date in flexible, can move in immediately. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
