Your flatmates would be Blair and Laura-Ann a Kiwi couple, and Felicity and we are all early thirties and have become good friends. We're all active, social, easy going people who are respectful and tidy.

Blair works from the office every day, while Laura-Ann and Felicity WFH 2-3 days per week.

Landlord is super helpful and manages the property directly so no admin fees etc. Always quick to respond.

Rent is £1025 / month for the room and move in date is early September. Bills work out at roughly £100 per month. Lease is recently up for renewal so another year until renewal so looking for someone long term to extend again when the time comes.
