Two double rooms in friendly flat

We’re sadly moving out of our lovely flat in Balham so we are looking for 2 people to replace us.

*** The ensuite room could be available as early as the 20th October, the second room is more flexible and could suit a later move in date

Becky has been here for 5 years and has loved living in the flat but sadly leaving London, and Kirsten is moving to East London.

The flat itself is super cosy, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. We also have our own private garden & front door (a rarity in London!). The photos really don't do it justice either - we nearly didn't view the flat when we first moved in, but were very pleasantly surprised.

The flat has been such a wee home and although we all have our own lives we love a night in together, or popping out to one of Balham’s finest pubs.

You'd be sharing with Alix who is a friendly and easy going northern Irish gal who has just turned 30. She has friends in London but equally wants to find a flat mate who will be a friend in addition to a house mate. She's very social and a big foodie so knows all of the best spots, particularly if you're looking for a Sunday roast!

- Room 1 ); £900 - ensuite bathroom, comes with a built in wardrobe and bed-frame
- Room 2; £780 - comes with a bedframe & mattress
- Bills normally come to around £100 per month
- Council Tax Band C

- The flat came mostly unfurnished but we're leaving some stuff behind, so if you have your own furniture/kitchen stuff it won't go to waste
