One double bed

We have a lovely spacious and bright double room in our three bedroom Balham flat available from 7th March 2026. We are seeking someone with the prospect of a long-term home to join us! The room is fully furnished and comes equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

The flat has been refurbished throughout with wooden flooring and is fully furnished. We have 2 bathrooms (one shower). There is a shared open plan kitchen/living room where we regularly socialise together.

We are conveniently located a 3 minute walk to Balham station and just a stones throw away from shops and cafes on Hildreth Street Mews so our location is prime, and we have a great long-term relationship with our landlord.

You'll be sharing with two girls, Lucy and Nina. We're both working professionals and are looking for someone who fits in with the current dynamic and is looking for a 'home' not a house. We are both have our own plans going on but equally love to hang out when we're not busy, keep our home well maintained, contribute to cleaning and respect everyone's personal space - this is not a party flat but still like the dinner out here and there :) When we’re both in the flat we enjoy watching tv together and catching up about our weeks. We’ve also recently introduced pastry Wednesdays if you could be keen!

All bills are shared out equally and come to around £100 month each, the new addition will take on one of the bills as we all hold some financial responsibility in the flat.

What we're looking for is:
Ideally a female professional in her late 20's or 30's with her own things going on but also keen to contribute to a nice house dynamic. If you're interested let us know a bit about yourself :)
