I am relocating and so have a beautiful, light and spacious bedroom available to rent from end of April/start of May.
The room is a very large double room in a 2 bed flat (ground floor). The room gets lots of light and plenty of space for a desk if you wfh.
You would be living with one other girl who is a very respectful and friendly flatmate (Grace, 29 year old surveyor).
Sharing a bathroom between the two of you.
Contract runs until 18 August with opportunity to stay on afterwards.
Flat is fully furnished. There is also a garden that the flat has private access to.
Balham is a lovely safe area with lots to do. Flat is 10 min walk from tube.
