Looking for a girl housemate aged 24+ to join my two lovely friends.

- 🚶‍♀️10 min walk to Balham station, 15 min walk to Clapham South station, 5 min walk to Tooting common park.
- 👯‍♀️Sharing with 2 ladies who work a mixture of wfh/ office and love a cosy night in together watching tv, cooking for each other, making cocktails on a Friday or doing a park run.
- 🪴House has lovely kitchen, garden and lounge with a space for your desk if you wfh and space for a bike in the corridor. We also have an occasional cat visitor who is cute.
- 🏡House is on a quiet, residential road with parking available.
