The room will come 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 with a smart TV, memory foam mattress, desk, chair and drawers in the room (I am moving abroad so leaving the furniture ! ). < 5 mins to Balham tube/Northern line

The current tenant Lorenzo currently occupies the other room. Lorenzo is 30 years old and works in finance, and is a great housemate. Very considerate and very respectful of others space and privacy.
