Sunny double bedroom in Balham/Clapham South

Hiya! I'm looking for a clean and respectful person to take over my room in Balham for 2.5 months (14 April-30 June.) with possibility to extend, as I'll be in Berlin. You'll be sharing with a quiet, respectful flatmate, Francisco who works in UX research. We treat our home as a peaceful place to unwind, so would like to find someone who feels the same!

The bedroom is bright, fully furnished and set up for WFH. The room is spacious with a double bed with storage underneath, built-in alcove shelves, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a big desk and a digital piano that you're welcome to use. It's very sunny in the morning and despite overlooking the street side, very quiet.

Rent is £930/month, plus all bills come to £170/month including cleaning lady every other week for the shared areas.

What you need to know about the flat:

- Equal distance between Clapham South & Balham (10 min walk)
- Aldi local, big Sainsbury's, big Tesco, big Waitrose, M&S within 10 minute walk
- Co-op and 24 hour off-licence 3 minute walk
- Clapham Common and Tooting Bec parks (including a lido!) 10 minutes away
- many pubs, lots of restaurants, brunch spots, bars, gyms etc. just around the corner
- Amazing selection of Deliveroo options
- Split over 3 levels: ground floor: small hallway (space for bike if you have one) 1st floor: bathroom, kitchen, living room with dining table, 2nd floor: landing, 2 bedrooms
- Living room with TV & Netflix, Amazon Prime etc., dining table, sofa etc.
- Bright bathroom
- Washer-dryer
- Double glazed windows
- The kitchen is relatively small but as Francisco is not much of a cook, we rarely clash in the kitchen. We have everything, pots, pans, glasses, plates, slow cooker, rice cooker, toastie maker, toaster, microwave. kettle etc.

Dates can be flexible within 14 April-30 June.
