You will be sharing with me. the landlord only, no other house mates. There is a separate toilet, and separate bathroom, also a garden, which you can use, when it's not in use.

A kitchen with a kitchen table, that you can eat at, or in your room, if your prefer. It's a spacious 2 bedroom maisonette. It's quiet and a pleasant flat. Nice quiet road. Bills and council tax is covered in the rent.

Sainsbury's at the end of my road, flat is very close to the high road and all the amenities. Balham has lots of restaurants and places to eat, including local pubs. 3 supermarkets, a library, gym, and yoga and health places. and other useful business's. It's also a pleasant and reasonably safe area. With tooting bec common 5 minutes away. Balham tube and train station about 6-7 minutes walk. from the flat.

I am looking for a pleasant, calm tenant who values cleanliness and tidiness and there own space.
