I’ve got a cosy double bedroom to rent from the beginning of September. The person will join to the current tenancy agreement renewing from the 10th September. The contract has also a break clause of 6 months.
FYI - The room is currently occupied until the beginning of September!
The new flatmate must be tidy, respectful and mature to cooperate in maintaining all the common areas clean all the time. There is a weekly cleaning rota of the bathroom.
YES for people who have good balance between WFH and office.
NO smoker - it’s not an overnight party flat.
You will be sharing with a full-time professional, WFH in the morning, a Prestige Account Manager in the spirit industry 🍸
It’s a modern, cosy, fully equipped flat, located 5 mins walking from BALHAM underground station (weekend night tube) & NATIONAL RAIL. The area has a lot of amenities: groceries shopping (big Waitrose and Sainsbury’s), pubs, cafes, restaurants and a gym. It’s a gorgeous neighbourhood!
The bedroom comes fully furnished with bedding accessories, built-in closet, chair and small beside/chest drawers table.
Bills are around:
• Spring / Summer £80-90 each monthly
• Autumn Winter £140-160 each monthly
