Hey everyone !
I'm subletting my double room for 2months from the 1st of September to the end of October
The flat is located in Balham SW12, 12min walk from Balham Station (Northern Line / Southern Railway) and 5min walk from Tooting Common Park. I'm looking for someone clean, tidy and responsible who can share the flat with my 2 flatmates.
It’s a 3-bedroom flat. That I share with 2 wonderful flatmates. Hannah, an american professional cellist, who practices sometimes in the house. Josie is from Surrey, she is a queer theater lighting technician. Both are amazing, chill, clean/tidy and enjoy having a talk. Both work hard as freelancers so they also need their time for themselves.
We get on very well and the energy in the house is important, so I'm looking for someone who has a kind and calm energy, is respectful and considerate.
We have a bath tube (no mould at all in the house), and a massive garden. It is perfect during Spring and Summer. The living room and the bedroom are facing South, so you will have a lot of light :)
I'm looking for someone who can stay during that period of time because I will be out of the country until end of October.
