Bright double room in Balham

We have a bright double room available from 21st June, sharing with two girls aged 26 & 27. We have a calm home environment, very clean and look after the place - a mixture of WFH and office based is preferred as this is the setup we have at the moment. Ideally looking for someone who is happy to spend time with us in the evenings every now and then but equally is very respectful of each others time and space (we’re in bed by 11 kind of gals)

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table - bills come to around £120-£140/month - the bathroom would be shared with one person - it’s worth noting that the room has the only access to the terrace so of course we are mindful of going through the room to get to it but we do sometimes use it to hang washing out etc
