Hi!

We are looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other, with good storage space.

Room is available from 31st May but this can be moved slightly earlier if needed.

Location:
Located on the second floor of a mansion building on a nice, safe, residential st. Close to the high st with groceries pubs and the tube only 6min walk away. Balham also has a train station and we are also close to Wandsworth Common. Lots of restaurants, shops wine bars and cafes nearby.

The room:
Small, sunny double room furnished with bed. Option to purchase the perfectly-fitting 3-door wardrobe and desk / chair.
The flatmates:
An English girl (27) and a Kiwi girl (40) - young at heart! We love travel, eating out, socialising, keeping active, pub nights out & nights in with reality TV. We both work hybrid - 3-4 days in office.

We keep the place clean and tidy, and also a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

You:
We are looking for a girl similar to us that will slot right in. Ideally someone that is not just a house mate, but someone that can become a friend and be part of a happy home. We keep a clean place, have a lot of laughs, respect each others privacy and do our own things as well.

- Rent is £955pm
- Bills are £120pm into a flat account which covers water, gas, power, broadband, council tax (Wandsworth E) and household products.
