Bright Double Room in 2-Bed Flat Opposite Tooting Common – Balham SW12

Hi there! A lovely double room is available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat located right in the heart of Balham, SW12 – just across the road from the beautiful Tooting Common. The room will be available from August 1st, so I'm looking to get someone in ASAP!

The Flat:

The room does comes fully furnished with a double bed. Theres a wardrobe with plenty of storage and chest of drawers and side tables are available if you'd like.

Rent is £1200PCM. Bills are split in half for the month and are usually around the £200 mark give or take. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight which is £20 pound each. She does a brilliant job!

I’m Australian, 38, and a full-time professional who's been living in the UK for the last 2.5 years. I work from home 2–3 days a week.

I’m big into cycling, sport, travel, coffee & pastries, catching up with my friends catching the odd gig or two here and there

My current flatmate and I have really looked after this place like it deserves, and I’d love for the next person moving in to carry on that trend — keeping it homely, tidy, and well cared for.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy-going, and a fellow professional. This isn’t necessarily a party flat, but it’s a calm, friendly space with plenty of room to relax.
