Hi there! A lovely double room is available in a spacious 2-bedroom flat located right in the heart of Balham, SW12 – just across the road from the beautiful Tooting Common. The room will be available from Jan 31st, so I'm looking to get someone in ASAP

The room does comes fully furnished with a double bed. Theres a wardrobe with plenty of storage and chest of drawers and side tables are available if you'd like.

Rent is £1100PCM. Bills are split in half for the month and are usually around the £200 mark give or take. We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight which is £20 pound each. She does a brilliant job!

My current flatmate and I have really looked after this place like it deserves, and I’d love for the next person moving in to carry on that trend — keeping it homely, tidy, and well cared for.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and easy-going, and a fellow professional. This isn’t necessarily a party flat, but it’s a calm, friendly space with plenty of room to relax.
