Double room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, side desk.
Study comes with a dressing table and space for a desk.
The other rooms have their own bathroom so the shower room will be predominantly for you.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen/living area which gets lots of light.

The flat is really well connected and is a 5-10 minute walk from Balham station (northern line and rail service) and a 5 minute walk to Tooting Common.

The rent would be £980pcm + bills (approx £95 per month)

Viewings: will be taking place in the evenings on 2nd and 3rd Feb. The room would be available from the 8th March.

Flatmates: Sharing with 2 boys (28 and 30) and 1 girl (29). We are also good friends with the flat of 4 downstairs and have been on a ski trip with them and frequent visits to Balham’s beer gardens.

Izzy – 29 works in Marketing for Tom Ford Beauty. Interests: spin, gym, seeing friends for dinner, drinks and pub trips.

Henry - 28 works in financial journalism. Into sports, going to the Oval and the races also up for a few drinks too.

Lewis - 30 works as an actuary. Northerner who loves sports, festivals, going out for food/drinks and any excuse to travel.

We are looking for another girl to maintain the balance in the flat, and would like someone who is sociable but also has their own group of friends.

The deposit for the room is £952.50.
