Our flatmate Sam is sadly moving out and we’re looking for someone to take over his tenancy at the end of September for 1 year.
It’s £1050 + Bills (usually under £100pp) for the second largest room (in the house) sharing a bathroom with 2 other people and living with 2 other legends.
Deposit is £1250.
The house has a shared living room and kitchen for the 5 of us as well as a back garden for occasional house BBQs and tanning sessions in the summer.
We’re a 5 minute walk away from Balham station and the high street with access to all the shops, cafes and bars.
