Gorgeous 1 Bed Flat - Balham

My partner & I had planned to be moving into this property on a 2 year lease on the 29th of July 2025. However due to some unforeseen events we are no longer able to do so.

This is a beautiful 1 bed flat approx. 5 min walk from Balham Tube Station. We are devasted that we can't take this our selves. we both have to move back to our home country in the coming weeks so it's not possible to take the property on as anticipated.

This is a 1 bed flat, located on Endlesham Road in Balham. It has a large shared garden and is a middle floor apartment in a conversion.

All the viewings and re-letting of this will be handled through Foxtons Property agency so we would need someone to be moving into the property by the 29th of July 2025 to take over our lease. We where supposed to be collecting the keys then.

The lease is 2 years minimum with a monthly rent of £1,850 excluding bills. The deposit amount is £2,134.60.

You will be required to pass through Foxtons referencing procedure like we did initially which will require a fulltime employment and a salary that indicates you can afford to take this property. You will also most likely require previous tenant references and proof of salary from your employer. You will also require bills in your name within the last 3 months to a previous address.

Again I just want to say we are absolutely gutted we are not taking this property anymore and we hope to get someone in ASAP.
