Hey everyone! We've got not one, but four great rooms opening up in our flat right in the heart of Balham (SW12 8EU). If you're looking for a relaxed place with good vibes and super easy access to pretty much everything London has to offer, keep reading!

The Rooms:
Both rooms are spacious, come furnished, and get a decent amount of natural light.

The Location:

Balham Underground Station (Northern Line): Just a 5-8 minute walk! Get directly to Clapham Common, Clapham North, Kennington, London Bridge, Bank, and King's Cross. Super convenient for getting all over London.

Balham National Rail Station: Also about a 5-8 minute walk! Offers direct services to London Victoria, London Bridge, Croydon, Sutton, and Epsom Downs.

What We're Looking For:
We're ideally looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and tidy-ish (we're not neat freaks, but we appreciate a clean shared space!). Professionals are preferred, and ideally someone who's up for a bit of a natter now and then, but also respects everyone's space.

Bills are also included in the rent price :))
