Room in spacious Balham flat

We have a lovely double room available in our first floor Balham flat. The flat, which overlooks Tooting Common, is a 10-15minute walk from Balham Station and Streatham Hill Station. It includes a comfortable living room, large kitchen-diner, and a spacious garden.

The flat is currently occupied by 2 guys and 1 girl in their late twenties. We have lived together for the past 3 years and have become close friends during this time. Lucy is moving out at the end of August, so we are looking for someone to replace her.

You will be living with George, 29, and Alex, 28. George is a civil servant who sometimes works remotely, and Alex is an ICU doctor with a mixed schedule. We are both active and sociable, enjoying running, gym, 5-a-side football, climbing, tennis and padel. We often socialise as a flat, as well as having our own friend groups and respecting each other’s downtime. We like to keep the flat tidy and have a great cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

We are looking for somebody who can be a sociable addition to our flat dynamic (see last picture for inspiration). The tenancy will begin on 27th August.
