• Works in the office 3 days a week
• The flat has a calm, tidy vibe – ideal for someone respectful and chilled

• Central Balham
• 5 mins to Clapham South or Balham station (Northern Line + National Rail)
• Surrounded by great pubs, restaurants, shops, gyms and cafes
• A short stroll to Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bec

💰 Rent: £1,350 per month (bills not included - circa £120pcm all in)
