Hi everyone! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in Balham. We’re all professionals (2 girls, 1 guy) and a CAT called Techno 🐈⬛ ideally looking for another professional preferably male, just to keep the gender balance in the house.
Balham is a fantastic place to live safe, lively, and full of great restaurants, pubs, shops, gyms, clubs etc. The Northern Line tube station and Balham train station are just a 6-minute walk away, making it super easy to get around.
Our house has a spacious living room, a lovely garden for BBQs or relaxing, and a friendly, respectful vibe. We’re looking for someone tidy, easy-going, and sociable. Bills are approx £75 per month!
