The house is in a safe area with less than a 10 minute walk to both Clapham South and Balham Tube stations, and is also conveniently located between the three major common spaces of Clapham, Wandsworth and Tooting Bec.

Although being a basement flat, the bedroom available has windows and a private doorway with access to the backyard which provides plenty of natural light and fresh air, particularly good during the warmer months.

🛁Bathrooms & Laundry: There is only the one bathroom in the flat, but there is a secondary toilet. Laundry is equipped with both a washer and a dryer.

💸Price: £1100 pcm for a single, or £1260 pcm for a couple.
All bills included (utilities, TV license, internet) except council tax which is roughly 50 pounds per room, per month.

👫About Housemates: You will be sharing this flat with only one other couple being myself and my partner. We are a couple of Australians in their late twenties pushing 30 and have only been living in London for a little under 6 months. I work in retail in central London, whereas my partner Braydn works a corporate job with a few days spent working from home.

We are a social couple who would love to live with similarly social people, but also know and value having separate space and time. We enjoy going out to explore new places, whether that be for a drink or simply just a walk, as well as heading out at night in search of good music, including festivals and other experiences.
