Sunny Double Room Balham/Clapham South

Hello spareroomiverse,

I am in the market for a flatmate for a 2 bedroom flat in Balham/Clapham South.

The room is partially furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe and a desk/chair if required.

It is a 2 bedroom flat, currently it is just myself in the flat as my flatmate of 3 years has moved on to buy a house, sadly for me, but exciting for them!

This would generally be ideal for someone who wants a fairly quiet chill place to call home who is happy to socialise, but also wants room to relax and have space of their own.

I feel it’s also worth noting it’s a safe space for anyone in the LGBT+ community and those who share those values.

There is a shared lounge/ kitchen area which has an oven, stove top, washing machine, fridge/freezer.

The area: we are in the middle of Balham and Clapham south stations ( approx 10 min walk) also close to the high street and shops such as Aldi, sainsburys, Waitrose.

Rent is £863 per month, not including bills which are around £150 ( Council tax - Band C, electricity, gas, water, broadband)
