Balham double room - great location, good vibes

I am looking for someone who would like to take up a double room in Balham.

Does this sound like you? Is this what you have been waiting for? Well my friend read on.

The room is partially furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

It is a 2 bedroom flat, current flatmates are 1 male and 1 female, both professional.

We have lived together for almost 3 years, but excitingly a house is on the horizon for one of us, hence the room being set free.

This would generally be ideal for someone who wants a fairly quiet chill place to call home, happy to socialise ( there is a lovely pub 30 seconds away) but also room to have relax and have space ( not really a crazy party type of vibe)

Also it’s a safe space for anyone in the LGBT+ community

There is a shared lounge/ kitchen area which has an oven, stovetop, washing machine, fridge/freezer.

The area: we are smack dab in the middle of balham and Clapham south stations ( approx 10 min walk) also close to the high street and shops such as Aldi, sainsburys, Waitrose. (Also I can personally attest to a very good karaoke bar just on the high street)

Rent is £863 per month, not including bills which are around £150 ( Council tax - Band C, electricity, gas, water, broadband)
