Five sociable housemates, mostly working in office but with occasional WFH on Fridays, with chatty evenings around the very large kitchen and living room. Looking for someone to replace a housemate moving out. Contract will likely end July 18 2026, though there may be a possibility of extension beyond that.

Fully furnished room and shared spaces, with a garage for storage, bathroom with electric shower and separate bath.

Street is quiet, safe, and residential with neighbourly vibes with shops, pubs, and cafes short walks away. Can walk to the Northern Line in Balham or Clapham South, overground in Streatham Hill, and the area is well served by buses.
