We’ve got a double room going in our flat, it’s a bright, homely place with an open-plan kitchen/living area and a private garden that’s perfect for BBQs, dinners with friends, or just relaxing on a sunny day.
The room itself has a double bed and has loads of storage underneath, also room for a cloths hanger. The flat has two bathrooms – one with a bath/shower, the other with a shower and toilet – so you’ll never be waiting around in the mornings.
We’re a chilled household and like to keep the flat as a proper home. We enjoy cooking, having the occasional dinner or BBQ with friends. Both of us are active and outdoorsy – into trekking, climbing, running and generally making the most of weekends. The flat is our peaceful base, and we’d love to find someone who values that balance: friendly and sociable, but also respectful and easy-going.
Location-wise, it’s spot on – walking distance to Balham station, with plenty of pubs, cafes, gyms, and Tooting Common nearby for green space.
Rent: £1200 pcm + bills (around £150 pcm )
Move-in: from 15/09/2025
