Spacious Double Room Balham

Hi Everyone!

I am looking for someone to take over my flatmates room and renew our contract for another year as he is unfortunately (for me) moving in with his girlfriend.

The flat is a very spacious middle and top floor 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms (you will have your own!)and a living room and kitchen wide area. The location is on Rossister Road about 5 minutes from the tube and train station, with loads of great shops and restaurants around!

I would love to find a like minded person who wants to live in a friendly sociable space but also have their own independence and fun outside of the house! It would be great to find someone who can be good friends as well as housemates but also respect the need for privacy! I enjoy running, hockey and staying active as well as catching up with friends as well as relaxing at home and binging some TV

I have a mix of office work and wfh so looking for someone with similar working patterns.

The room is furnished and includes two wardrobes, some draws and a double bed . The flat is also furnished!

Bills are not included but usually come to ~£100 each month.

The agreement would be a year!
