Sunny & spacious room in a friendly house

🛏️The room: South-facing, with beautiful light shining through. Fully furnished. You will share a bathroom with 1 flatmate only. If you work from home, the room has a desk to do so.

🏠 The house: Although there are 6 of us in the house, it’s so spacious that we never are in on top of one another. It’s located on a quiet street, only a 7 min walk away from Balham tube station and all the great pubs and restaurants Balham has to offer.

👫 The flatmates: Jess, (Kiwi, 30), an Irish couple Eoghan (30) and Bláithín (28), Emily (Aussie, 28) and Eddy (Aussie, 29). We don’t hang as a group purely because we all have different schedules and different interests but we always keep up with each others lives by having a chat in the evenings after work. We get on well with one another and like to keep the place well maintained and clean.

🌱The area: Balham is a lovely spot with lots of great pubs, restaurants and gorgeous commons. The tube is a short walk away and you’ll get into the city in under 30 mins. Very safe area, none of the girls in the house have ever felt unsafe walking home.

🩷Viewings: 4 & 5 September in the evenings. Please do not contact us if you can’t make these dates/times. We will not be making exceptions for people to view the house on alternative dates/times.
