We are looking for a working professional aged 27-35yrs to fill one big double room in this amazing flat. We’re a 5 min walk from Balham Underground/Train station and Balham high street where there are lots of nice pubs and restaurants! There is cheap permit parking right outside the flat and is free at weekends.

THE ROOM & FLAT:
The room is a big spacious double, with space for a desk to work at with an immediate move in date. Comes with 1x wardrobe, 1x small chest of drawers, 1x bedside table, 1x double bed.

The flat has 4 bedrooms in total, a big living room which has a working gas fire, a separate kitchen which includes a dishwasher, and a good-sized bathroom that has a big shower. There is a communal garden out the back which is great in the summers for BBQ's.

RENT:
Rent is £816 a month plus bills

We deal directly with the landlord so no agency fees! Deposit is £625.

Full Transparency: We have seen our rent go up for the past couple of years, like everywhere however, not by much and we split this increase by percentages relating to sizes of the rooms as some are bigger than others.

ABOUT US:
We're two girls and a guy aged between 27-33 yrs old. We’re all working professionals with a rough 9-5 working week. All hybrid working and when at home, we work in our rooms as every bedroom has space for a desk. We're all very sociable and easy going: All into sports - watching and playing various sports throughout the week. When we're in, we'll chill out together in the sitting room and watch a series/films (in particular true crime), go to the pub, play tennis and have dinners in and out with each other when we're all free etc. but we also have independent social lives too. We're looking for someone who is like-minded, clean, sociable, easy going, laid back and up for socialising with us.
