Room Available in Balham/Clapham South 15th Sep

Hiya! Our flatmate is moving out to live with her partner so we are currently looking for someone to fill her room. The flat is inbetween clapham south and balham, 10 minute walk to either station. The rent is £945 per month and bills usually come to around £90 a month. We need someone who can move in on 15th September and can come for a viewing asap, this Sunday or Monday pls. We are unable to do a tenant swap so we would need to sign a new contract with the new tenant, there is a 6 month break clause so we would probably be looking to leave in March (ish) once that is up.

Anna and I (Sarah) have been living in the flat since January and met through this group as well. We are both 24 and looking for someone similar age who is friendly, clean and sociable. Anna is from London and works in Marketing in Angel, and at home a few times a week. I moved over from Australia last year am a midwife so work on a shift basis. We both enjoy netball, love island, pub trips, charity shopping and general girly things. ☺️

The room is fairly small so rent is split proportionally and there is not much space for a desk, so someone who doesn’t work from home too much would probably be best. The table, side table and mirror belong to our current flatmate so are not included. There is also a wardrobe just outside the room with plenty of space for clothes and storage.
