We’re looking for the final person to join our new 4-bedroom house in Balham — the last piece of the puzzle! 🏡

The room is a bright double with a bed wardrobe, desk, and storage, great if you also work from home sometimes. The house is only a 10-minute walk from Balham tube (Northern Line & National Rail) and Balham High Street, and just 1 minute from Tooting Common 🌳.

The house includes:
2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs – you’ll share with just one other)
Spacious kitchen and living room with loads of cupboard space
Driveway (rare in London!) and a garden/patio, perfect for summer BBQs
Safe, quiet neighbourhood

About us:
You’ll be living with Chloe, Conor, and me, all mid-20s young professionals. We’re active and sociable, into running, gym, football, golf, sailing, pubs, and exploring London. We want the house to be a fun, social place where we can hang out, but also chilled enough that everyone has their own space.

Rent: £900 pcm + bills
