• Quiet, chilled area but close enough to everything

• Short stroll to both Tooting Common & Clapham Common – ideal if you like a run or just a wander

You’d be sharing with one flatmate (accountant, easy-going, been living here a couple of years). Friendly but we both do our own thing too, so the flat has a nice relaxed vibe. Landlord is quite laid back – the contract’s up for renewal in Feb.
