Hey all, one of our housemates is sadly moving out. So we are looking for new fun/easy going housemate to move in!

one guy to keep the balance is the plan!

Current tenants:

Chloe (28yo) - A bubbly nurse, plays hockey, loves a good pub and a bottomless brunch!

Josh (25yo) - Financial advisor, easy going and likes a pub trip.

Katie (29yo) - Paramedic, super bubbly, super sociable and loves exploring.

The house comes fully furnished and consists of a large downstairs kitchen/dining area with ample space for everyone to socialise, relax and cook in, as well as a wonderfully sized garden at the back - perfect for summer BBQs and making the most of warmer weather. Downstairs consists of living room/dinning room, a small bathroom and one bedroom.

Upstairs consists of three well-proportioned bedrooms, a family bathroom and airing cupboard/storage room ― used to store household supplies and bulky items like suitcases etc. The bedroom that is available is here. It is of identical size to the downstairs bedroom and overlooks the gated driveway.

The house is in a block of 4 new builds in a gated community at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It is positioned at an equal distance from Balham, Clapham South and Streatham Hill stations. It is only a 25/20 walk way from each and Clapham Common station is only an 8 minute bus ride away. There is an outdoor bike lockup as well as free car parking space if you have a car.

Room available:
Double Room: smallest in the house and therefore comes with its own spare room (as shown in the attached pics). The room does come with a bedside table and a double wardrobe that I will attach pics of asap.

+ deposit (TBC - but should be about £860)

It is a shared bathroom, with Katie. I personally used to be in the room now available and shared the bathroom. It was absolutely fine and Katie is lovely, tidy and clean. Also we never had cross overs with showers etc, always just worked.

Bills are split evenly amongst all tenants (water, gas & elec, tv license. broadband and council tax approx £130 per month.)

We all chip in with housecleaning, not letting plates stack up etc. We are lucky enough to have a dishwasher.

As a house, we are all good friends and enjoy socialising together at home, going on the occasional pub trip, but also respect each other’s space.
