Room available in Balham

Double Room available in a shared flat in Balham, 5 minutes from Balham Station. You will be living with two uni friends who have been living in the property for the last 3 years.

The flat has an airy open plan living room/kitchen with high ceilings facing into a large garden area. The bifold doors allow in loads of natural light, which make the place ideal for hosting and having people over. The flat is furnished with modern appliances and comes with a 55 inch TV, induction cooker, over, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Loads of storage space as well to keep everything! It is well located close to all the amenities of Balham, including multiple restaurants/pubs and a large Sainsburys just down the road.

We are two consultants (both 26 1 guy 1 girl ) working in the city. We're quite sociable and are really excited to share our lovely flat (and the nearby pub) with someone new! We generally work a hybrid schedule of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office. We're quite house proud and get a cleaner in once every fortnight to ensure the house is in good condition. Outside of the house, we're quite sporty and spend most of our weekends running/cycling. Also can't really say no to a pub quiz!
