Only looking to move as I’m in a position now to buy, but it’s a great place in a fantastic location.

Advertised as a 1 year 9 month tenancy (technically until 7th August 2027) but can be flexible with tenancy length if needed. Landlord will unfortunately require references but more of a formality.
